230g self raising flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
150g brown sugar
50g walnuts
4 carrots
2 mashed bananas
3 eggs
150 ml sunflower oil

Topping
200g soft cheese
50g margarine
100g icing sugar
vanilla essence - a few drops
walnut halves on the top

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease round cake tin, mix all ingredients for cake in bowl until well blended. Bake for 50 minutes until risen. Allow to cool before removing from tin, and allow to cool on rack. For the topping, mix all ingredients (except walnuts) and mix to form smooth topping. Add to cake, then decorate with walnuts.
