20 minute jam

Website
Take 1 large orange and place in 2 litre pyrex jar, then microwave for 2 minutes. Fill jar with cold water to cool, and remove peel. Keep the peel, but remove all the pith and inside of fruit and discard.

Add half a jam jar's amount of water to the orange peel, and blend with a blender. Then add back to pyrex jar (2 litre) and add sugar (use just over half a jam jar amount of sugar). Then, add the juice of 1 lemon, or 1 lime.

Then microwave on full for 7 minutes. Be careful, the mixture gets hot. Also, it is possible for the jam to boil over, but the amounts as above do not!If still runny, microwave for a further 7 minutes. Then pour into the jam jar! One fresh jar of jam.
